inspiration, ix.

hello, there! long time, no blog. my life these past couple of weeks has been super hectic and full of stress. parts of it have been wonderful, honestly, but all of the wonderfulness is mixed in with heaps of family drama, and it's sucked all of the fun out of everything. each time i catch myself smiling or letting go this week, i start thinking about all of the things in my life that are literally just going to shit. i know i've got a million things going for me, and i'm grateful - don't get me wrong. sometimes i just wish that for once, the people in my life could be supportive of me, instead of secretive and terrible.

on the plus side, i haven't had to spend much time with the family member that i'm not speaking to. that means i've had time to relax with my loverboy (we just celebrated one year together!), see my long lost friends, and stay with my amazing grandmother. in fact, i get to spend another day with her tomorrow :)

i'm dreading spending a whole weekend away with my family in a few days, but the notion that i'm moving in less than two weeks is getting me through this rough patch.

now, i know it isn't saturday, but i have some inspiration images to share. these photos make me feel lighthearted and happy, something that i haven't been lately. i hope that by seeing them, they make you feel nice, too.

 

i've decided that this blog will be my outlet for everything. instead of just blogging certain things, i'm going to express myself completely. i'm searching for honesty in my life, above all else.

a week from instagram.

i've had a crazy week! luckily, things are finally looking up (and i couldn't be happier). this week i got to spend some quality time getting closer to my sweet loverboy, hanging out with my best friend, and working with some of my favorite people.

it's finally becoming real that all of this is going to change in a few weeks once i move to college. yes, my boy will still be with me, and i'll be living with one of my closest friends, but what else is there? all of the people i'm surrounded by right now will still be here, while i'm there.

despite all of the upcoming changes that are on the edge of stressing me out, i've managed to make this week so much better than most of the previous ones. sometimes i struggle to see the positives in life, but i'm getting better at it every day.

i know it's a little weird that i only have 4 photos, but i'm sure that in upcoming weeks there will be more. right now i'm focusing on work, packing for college, and cleaning galore.

so, i know this post is a day late, but i've been having major internet issues. i can't get it to work on my phone, so posting to instagram is basically impossible, and my computer's internet keeps going down. because of this, along with an awful week, i don't have many photos to show for myself.

a week from instagram + youtube update.

i'm a terrible blogger. i missed saturday's inspiration images post, and all of the other posts i've had planned haven't made their way to the interwebs the way they were supposed to. these past couple of weeks have been rough on me, in more than one way, and i'm emotionally drained. i only had about three images saved for that post, anyway.

i only have a few photos from instagram this week. i just didn't really have many days or experiences that i wanted to document. i'm hoping that once this weekend passes, i'll be able to relax and chill out again. here are my photos:
