i particularly love his black and white fashion portraits. even though they're shot in studio (which i'm not normally crazy for), i think they convey so much. while part of that is obviously the model choice, it also comes from the photographer's direction and use of lighting. and i find his lighting to be scrumptious and lovely.
moving on from his black and white portraits into color, the factor that pops out to me is the color. i know. shocking, right? but what i mean by this is that the color schemes work perfectly to calm the mind. i love work like that, because everyone reacts to it similarly. while there is enjoyment to be had from controversial images, i would most often prefer to convey the same message to all who view my work. which is what he has done with these portraits.
overall, i would suggest checking out his website. while i know that i'm not an acclaimed photographer yet, i might be someday. and i know that i will keep this site bookmarked for a long time for inspiration.
